Welcome to Society of Nuclear Medicine, Bangladesh<\/h2>\n

\u00a0<\/p>\n

Society \u00a0\u00a0of \u00a0Nuclear\u00a0 Medicine, Bangladesh was formed in the year 1993 but started actively in 1994. \u00a0Now \u00a0there \u00a0are about 125 \u00a0active \u00a0members \u00a0comprising \u00a0doctors \u00a0and other allied scientists.<\/span><\/p>\n

1. To \u00a0\u00a0establish \u00a0\u00a0an \u00a0\u00a0organization\u00a0\u00a0 for physicians \u00a0and \u00a0scientists \u00a0to \u00a0perform\u00a0 and \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0coordinate\u00a0 the work \u00a0of \u00a0common\u00a0 interest\u00a0 in\u00a0 the\u00a0 field of nuclear \u00a0medicine. The \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0common \u00a0interest \u00a0in \u00a0the\u00a0 field \u00a0of \u00a0nuclear \u00a0medicine\u00a0 is concern \u00a0with diagnostic, \u00a0therapeutic and investigation use of radio nuclides & nuclear technique.
2. The organization would \u00a0work as a platform for the \u00a0physicians &\u00a0 scientist\u00a0 in\u00a0 the \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0nuclear \u00a0medicine \u00a0to have\u00a0 meeting \u00a0for better communications and \u00a0discussions \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0regarding the knowledge of nuclear phenomena applied to the control of disease.
